I am participating in the Volunteer Hands-On Journey: Temani Mimpi program, an internship initiative specifically designed for senior high school students with disabilities. In this program, I serve as a mentor, providing job training in roles such as waiter/waitress, cleaning service, and barista. This initiative aims to equip them with practical skills, helping them become more prepared for the workforce.

Through this volunteer program, I successfully guided students with disabilities to become skilled and confident waiters. They learned to communicate effectively with customers and serve food professionally with care.
This experience not only allowed me to share my knowledge but also became a rewarding journey as I witnessed their growth. As a recognition of my dedication, I was also honored with the Best Volunteer award in this program.
